Working closely with brands, artists, and sponsor partners, she develops original concepts grounded in narrative, strategy, and visual language. Through intentional design, curation, programming, operations, and production, every element is approached holistically, across internal structures and the guest experience alike.

Her command of creative process and operations translates into greater workflow efficiency, precise budget forecasting, and a standard of quality that is never compromised.

Kandy’s background spans global marketing and operations at Nike headquarters, as well as international touring with Alicia Keys, Anderson .Paak, and Duke Dumont.
